Delete your Fatum Ludi account

Fatum Ludi is made by Kolobok Gastronomie GmbH, Köln, Germany.

In the game — takes a minute

1. Open the game and sign in: in the Android app, or at gameduell.web.app.
2. Open Options from the main menu.
3. Press Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

If you are in the middle of a duel, finish it or leave it first.

Write to info@i-kolobok.de from the e-mail address you sign in with, and name your hero. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• your heroes — campaign and PvP — with their names, progress, rating, coins and gear;
• your friends list and your list of hidden players, and you disappear from other players' lists;
• friend requests and duel challenges to and from you;
• your chat messages in the global and club chat; your private conversations in full, including the other player's replies; your club membership;
• your sign-in account.

What is kept

• reports that other players filed about chat messages — up to 12 months, to deal with abuse;
• records of past duels and tournament brackets, which show only a hero name.
